Alumni will share their journeys from college to career, a glimpse at a day in the life in their roles, and advice for students interested in entering a similar field.

Step into what’s next at Future Fit Check, a come-and-go career readiness pop-up designed to help you feel more prepared, confident, and connected. Browse the Griz Career Closet for free and low-cost professional attire; get a free professional headshot; visit interactive stations focused on résumés interviews, Handshake, and storytelling; and get that bread… and coffee. Engage with 3 or more stations to enter a raffle for cool prizes!

Donations of gently used professional or business casual attire are appreciated and encouraged.

Not sure what you want to do after you graduate?

Drop by for a casual career exploration event where you can grab (free!) coffee, meet recent alumni in a variety of fields, and ask real questions about what different career paths actually look like. This event will focus on non-STEM fields like law, counseling, education, business, arts & entertainment, and marketing (subject to change).

Whether you’re undecided, curious about a few options, or already have a direction in mind, this is a low-pressure way to explore what’s possible with your major. Come as you are, stay as long as you’d like, and leave with a better sense of where your degree could take you.

Open to all students; first- and second-year students are particularly encouraged to attend.

Join a community service project with your fellow Griz. We’ll be assembling “EmPower Packs” which provide free food for children in our community.

You’ll leave with a simple plan for what to explore next, including questions to ask, fields to look into, and ways to keep building career clarity. Join us and learn how to turn curiosity into a next step.
