Experiential Learning & Career Success (ELCS) is dedicated to supporting students from their first day on campus to their first day on the job and beyond. ELCS helps students tie their unique passion, personality, potential, and academic plans together to connect experiences, grow, and learn as a whole person. UM’s signature career readiness program, ElevateU, is built to enhance career readiness and marketability so students graduate with a degree in hand, broadly educated and specifically skilled.
