Griz Career Closet

The Griz Career Closet provides UM students with free professional and business-casual attire for interviews, career fairs, jobs, internships, and more. Professional clothing is expensive—and many students say it’s a barrier to feeling confident and career-ready.

The Griz Career Closet offers a free, inclusive, and sustainable solution through gently used attire donated by the UM and Missoula communities. We host donation drives and pop-up events each semester to remove clothing barriers, promote sustainability, and support student success.

This collaborative project is powered by Experiential Learning & Career Success (ELCS), Bear Necessities, Sustainability, Student Life, and the Gaming Den.
