As a Marriage and Family Therapist, you combine clinical expertise with compassionate guidance to strengthen relationships and foster personal growth. A role within one of California Correctional Health Care Services’ (CCHCS) multidisciplinary health care teams allows you to continue this vital work while securing the salary and benefits you need to live your best life.

$97,596 – $124,536 (Licensed)

$87,528 – $111,708 (Pre-Licensed)

Recruitment and Retention Bonus

Marriage and Family Therapists working in our mental health program and newly hired with the state of CA are eligible to receive a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $15,000 within the first 12 months of service.

Referral Bonus

Plus, all CDCR/CCHCS employees that refer a mental health clinician who is successfully hired by CCHCS may be eligible to receive a referral bonus of $5,000 per referral.
