Information you will need to gather for the budget form includes the following costs associated with your project:

• Travel costs, such as personal vehicle transportation, rental vehicle, airfare, lodging, and registration/conference fees, if applicable
• Internship or service expenses
• Professional development expenses
• Research and creative work expenses
• Any other relevant out-of-pocket costs associated with your project

In addition to project costs, you’ll need to provide a description and justification of each budget line item. Please also list any costs that are covered by outside sources, such as other scholarships or grants you’ve received, etc.
