Career Champions Learning Series

The Career Champions Learning Series offers faculty and staff practical tools to integrate career readiness into courses and programs.

Career Readiness Curricular Integration- Tools, Resources, and AI Support

This fall, we’re hosting two September workshops, each with its own RSVP via Griz Hub.

Are you preparing program outcomes for submission this fall, or leading a General Education L, M, or N course under rolling review? We’re excited to share practical new resources that simplify alignment and help faculty highlight UM’s Career Readiness Competencies.

Join us for an interactive training where you’ll:

  • Explore UM’s Program Outcomes Integration Tool to align program outcomes with UM’s Career Readiness Competencies.
  • Learn how to use the Four-Step Curricular Integration Guide to connect courses, assignments, and syllabi directly to career readiness skills.
  • See a demo of our new AI-powered GPT assistant, which helps faculty revise syllabi, assignments, and activities in minutes.
  • Access a Digital Career Readiness Workbook that helps track competencies to course learning outcomes,  assignments, and activities.

This session is especially relevant for:

  • Faculty with courses in rolling Gen Ed review (required to link 1–3 competencies).
  • Departments revising or submitting program outcomes.
  • Chairs and deans supporting curriculum integration and student success.

Stay tuned for the full 2025–26 schedule of Career Champions learning opportunities, which will be announced later this semester.
