Procter & Gamble is seeking interns interested in project and product management within the IT domain. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions.

As a Project & Product Manager intern, you will engage in various activities, from defining technical product roadmaps and managing project timelines to managing product backlogs and agile sprints. Regardless of the specific role, you will leverage project and/or product management principles to drive successful outcomes in a technology-focused environment.

Translate business and customer needs into user stories, personas, user journeys, and workflows that support effective product delivery. Define product priorities, guide cross-functional teams, and manage the product backlog to balance business objectives with engineering capacity. Use data-driven insights and experimentation to validate concepts, optimize performance, and inform product decisions.

Project/Program Manager:  Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, and ensuring successful delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Define project scope, budgets, and resource requirements while monitoring costs and providing regular status updates to stakeholders and project leadership. Coordinate vendor and supplier activities, manage deliverables, and apply industry best practices to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.

As an intern, you will experience a subset of the above responsibilities
